Credit Card Authorization & Cancellation Policy Authorization: I authorize BLISSFUL BEAUTY LOUNGE, INC. to charge my credit card on file for agreed upon purchases. I understand that my information will be saved on file for future transactions on my account. I authorize BLISSFUL BEAUTY LOUNGE, INC. to charge my credit card. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy We do not want missed appointment fees to be an impediment to your care, so we ask for your mutual respect. When you make an appointment, we block out our schedule for you and ask that you exercise the same consideration when planning your calendar. As a courtesy to my other patients and to me, please provide adequate notice 24+ business hours if you need to cancel an appointment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (aesthetic cosmetic procedures can't be undone). There will be a $50 cancellation fee charged to your card on file for any cancellations within 24 hours. 50% of your booked services is applied and charged for Same Day Cancellation. There will be a $100 NO SHOW fee charged to your card on file for any NO SHOW. We value you as a patient and look forward to caring for you!
